Busted my ass

I fell and busted my ass on Saturday. After the wake, the asshole and I were taking the kids down the stairs in the stroller and my knee locked and I went tumbling down the stairs. Thank god the kids did not get hurt.

I'm all bruised up and I sprained my ankle and tore a couple of ligaments. I'll post some pics tomorrow. It really sucks to be feeling like this though. I feel like I got hit by a truck or something.
