He did it again!

We were fighting last night and I kept nagging at him to take the garbage out and take a shower. He pushed me down on the bed with all his strength and he hurt me. He put his hands on me! I was sooo terrified at that moment. I tried getting up to leave the room and he would keep throwing me on the bed every time I would try to get up. I am terrified right now. This was a confirmation that I Have to leave.

He kept saying that all I do is yell at him. Yes I have been yelling at him lately. I feel that his job is to take the garbage out since he doesn't do anything else in this damn house! I have to nag at him to even do that much! Then there's the whole, he doesn't want to take a shower thing. I've had enough with that! He needs to start taking a shower, and not once a week or every two weeks but every day or every other day! I can't take it anymore! The way his stupid mother has raised him is disgusting!
